Her expertise also extends to the corporate and commercial realms, where she has worked on complex issues in Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Consumer Protection Act, Real estate (RERA), and Insolvency and Bankruptcy (IBC).
Her practice encompasses a wide range of litigation and advisory services, having gained significant experience in matters before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, the High Court of Delhi, and various District Courts, as well as specialized bodies such as the NCLAT, CERC, APTEL, and the Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT).
